Hi! My name’s James, and I’m a 22 year old illustrator/designer from Bournemouth. I strive to keep my work fun and visually striking, and work mostly digitally to give a clean, graphic quality to my work, which is inspired usually by my interests outside of art. Some of these include:
Sports - such as football, cricket and Formula 1
Music - from a wide range of eras and genres, especially indie rock
Travelling -
I’ve done a roadtrip around the Alps, snowmobiled on a glacier and my dream destination is Colombia
My work typically bridges the gap between illustration and graphic design, as I have experience with everything from drawing intricate tattoo designs and book illustrations with fine pen, all the way to creating posters and digital mockups with eye-catching typography.
